How to Get Broken Halo in Anime Last Stand
To get the Broken Halo in Anime Last Stand, you’ll need to complete a secret quest given by Zamasu. You can find him in the World 2 lobby, just to the right of Infinity Castle. Zamasu will give you four tasks. The order of these tasks seems to be given in a random order for every player, but here are the four tasks you’ll get:
- Beat Stage 6 of the Central City Raid 30 times.
- Get all 3 Totems from the Raid Shop.
- Get Boku Dark (Resentful).
- Get Apprentice Kai (Madness).
Make sure you talk to Zamasu every single time you complete one of these tasks. Once you’ve finished all four, unequip all your other units, equip only Apprentice Kai (Madness) and Boku Dark (Resentful), and then talk to Zamasu again. He’ll finally give you the Broken Halo!
Getting Boku Dark (Resentful)
Boku Dark (Goku Black) has a 1% drop chance from completing Stage 6 of the Central City Raid. It’s a tough grind, so be patient. In getting this unit, you’ll undoubtedly have completed the quest “Beat the new Central City raid on Stage 6 30 times”.
Evolving Boku Dark to Resentful
After you finally get Boku Dark, gather these items to evolve him:
- 16 Legendary Spirit Shards
- 15 Cosmic Essence
- 25 Water Essence
- 1 Scythe of Sorrow
- 3 Mythic Spirit Shards
Buy the Scythe of Sorrow from the Raid Shop for 375 Ziayan Tokens. Earn these tokens by completing the new Central City Raid. Stage 6 gives the most (35-60), Stage 1 the least (1-5), and the other stages are somewhere between. You’ll probably have enough Z Tokens from grinding for Boku Dark.
Getting the Totems
While you’re grinding the Central City raid, make sure to grab these Totems from the Raid Shop’s Zaiyan Token tab:
- Less Totem (Central City): 35 Zaiyan Tokens
- Totem (Central City): 75 Zaiyan Tokens
- Greater Totem (Central City): 150 Zaiyan Tokens
You’ll need these for one of Zamasu’s quests. Completing stage 6 thirty times for Goku Black should be enough to purchase these as well as his and Apprentice Kai’s EVO items.
Getting Apprentice Kai (Madness)
Lastly, you need Apprentice Kai (Madness).

First, summon Apprentice Kai from Banner 2. He’s a Celestial rarity (0.5% pull rate), so be prepared to summon a lot.
Evolving Apprentice Kai to Madness
Once you have Apprentice Kai, you’ll need these items to evolve him:
- 75 Cosmic Essence
- 12 Legendary Spirit Shards
- 1 God Potara
- 6 Mythic Spirit Shards
Purchase the God Potara from the Raid Shop’s Zaiyan Token tab for 375 Zaiyan Tokens.
Now you can get Fused Kai (Full Power)!
