      I had to look into this one a bit, but a Caesarean is named after Julius Caesar. The famous quote “veni, vidi, vici” is attributed to him, or as translated into English: “I came, I saw, I conquered”. So, I believe it is referring to a section of that quote, which is why the answer is the first part of it.
