Verse Piece has introduced a new feature called Wisps, which can be found across the map and give different effects based on their type. There are three types of Wisps, each offering a unique benefit that can help in combat or farming. This guide covers how to find Wisps, how to use them, and what each type does in Verse Piece.

How to Get and Find Wisps in Verse Piece

To get Wisps in Verse Piece, you need to wait for them to spawn randomly. Here’s how it works:

  • Every minute, there’s a 10% chance for a Wisp to spawn anywhere on the map.
  • When a Wisp appears, a message pops up in the in-game chat saying “[???] has spawned.”
  • Once you see that message, start searching immediately, since other players will also be looking for it.
  • Wisps will despawn after a certain time, so if no one finds it fast enough, it’ll disappear.

If you want to increase your chances, you can join a private server so no one else can grab it before you. However, Wisps aren’t game-breaking, so you don’t have to go out of your way to farm them.

All Wisp Locations in Verse Piece

Wisp locations are actually static in Verse Piece, this means that they will always spawn in the same location, always. So currently, I believe there are eight locations in which a Wisp can spawn, so use the list below to find where a Wisp is quickly when it spawns:

  • On the roof of Karakura Town houses
  • Frost Town near the Soldiers
  • Near the haystack beside the fishing spot on Starter Island
  • In Lost Isle
  • In Shells Town, near trees on the right side upon entering, near the blue stall
  • One of the trees at Arcade Island
  • On top of one of the desert trees near the sides of Desert Island.

How to Use Wisps in Verse Piece

After finding a Wisp, you can access it in your inventory. Here’s how they work:

  • When you consume a Wisp, it starts at Level 1 and floats beside you.
  • To level up the Wisp, you need to fight mobs.
  • The only way to remove a Wisp is by using a Remove Wisp Potion.

If you want to switch to a different Wisp, you’ll need the Remove Wisp Potion. This potion can be looted from any chest, so finding one shouldn’t be too difficult.

What Are Wisps in Verse Piece?

Wisps are consumable items that give special effects based on their type. Some are useful for combat, while others help with farming materials. Currently, there are three Wisps in the game:

  • Wisp – Restores HP over time.
  • Eternal WispFreezes enemies, making them easier to hit.
  • Lucky WispIncreases luck by 5% and doubles fishing loot.

What Is the Best Wisp in Verse Piece?

Since there are only three Wisps, the best choice depends on what you need:

  • The Lucky Wisp is the best overall, since extra luck helps with boss drops and farming.
  • The Eternal Wisp is also solid because freezing enemies can make fights easier.
  • The basic Wisp is the least useful, but it still helps by restoring HP.

If you’re farming rare materials, go for Lucky Wisp. If you’re fighting tough enemies, Eternal Wisp is a good choice. Either way, Wisps add a nice bonus in Verse Piece.
